Replacement

Hi I bought the black velvet binx platform shoe from your company (Size 40.) And the buckle disconnected at the joint . I have attempted to snap it in place but it keeps falling apart. I had it fixed at 2 other shoe repairs and it works temporarily but keep falling off of the left shoe. I love the shoes as I need to wear stylish comfort shoes . . I would like repair or replacement
