To locate a product
Cant really rate it at this time because I was not able to contact them. The phone number on their website actually takes you to some company that wants to give you a free Life Alert device.
It seems like a total scam. Then when I called the number that is listed on the pissed consumerswebsite the recording said please call the contact numberon the Stella and Dot website which is the same number that tries to give you a free Life Alert device.

My necklace has Tarnished and it is one of my favorite pieces of jewelry would like to know if they can be replaced or if I can pick out something similar I do not have my receipt. I am hoping to resolve this issue. Thank you, Dina

My order was handled terribly.
I placed an order for a necklace that was for my wife on Mother's Day. I placed the order 10 days before I needed it but in order to ensure it arrived well before Mother's Day, I decided to pay extra to have it shipped in 2-3 business days.
No worries, right? 7 days after I placed the order no one in the company can explain to me why I do not have my order yet. Their customer support number is not in service due to the Covid-19, so I had to "CHAT" with a live agent to resolve my issue! What a joke!!!
This country is going down the drain!!!
I would strongly encourage anyone considering making a purchase from Stella &;; Dot to proceed with caution. You will more than likely just get disappointed like me.
