Payed for a couch. Rented a trailor drove 45 minutes to pick up. Not there. Have family coming forvweekend and no couch. They offered free delivery next week!!! So now i have to rent a trailor again and they offered no credit no apologies.

I just bought a new house and I asked my friends and family for recommendations on where to get furniture. Their biggest recommendation was to NOT purchase from here. The reason was customer service, you can have the best prices, quality and whatever else but all of that doesn't mean anything if you have no customers.

Bought lift chair 9/23/15 for elderly mother who had a stroke. Paid for 5 year warranty. After 1 year, motor went out. Steinhafels didn't have replacement chair, had to take store credit.
