The firm has previously made clients sign that they will not leave a negative review for them. So many people leave anonymous reviews as a result out of fear of retaliation. I found Randy Sabatini of Stearns, Montgomery Proctor to be an ineffective attorney. My experience is he is difficult to reach, poor communication skills, excessively bills, misses deadlines, misses meetings, says he will call you at a specific time and completely blow you off and you can't reach him. I watched opposing counsel basically have their way with him. If you challenge the bills no one will respond. Nadia Gray is extremely rude, disorganized and unresponsive. You won't get to speak with the owner Mary Montgomery she won't speak to clients who are not happy. Choose your divorce attorney wisely or it can be devastating financially, emotionally and physically.
