Steam Pro is awful!!!! DO NOT USE! We called and received a quote of $61.80, what they really charged was $255 and the tech said "it is only a little more", in what world is he living in that an a greater than 4 times the quoted price is "a little" increase. They did not show up on time and my carpet looks worse than before the"deep cleaned." Only 1 room really needed a deep clean but we were moving in and I thought it would be a good idea to clean the carpet really good before any furniture was in place. They did not remove any stains and actually created a few new ones. The stairs (which did not have any stains to begin with) now have stains. They came out for a second time and my carpet is still as bad as ever. The manager was rude and condescending and refused to refund my money. He kept bragging about all the business he does and all the famous people's houses he has contracts on. Taylor Swift's condo was a supposed contract they loved to boast about having. If that is so, Taylor get a different company because this one SUCKS and you deserve better!!!! I highly doubt that Taylor Swift is using this POS company!
The $10 trip fee really made me mad! I was not quoted that on the initial call nor does the advertisement say anything about it. If you don't want to drive to Clarksville then don't advertise here!
Their advertising was misleading, they charged me too much, customer service is awful, didn't show up on time, did not remove stains, will not refund, and overall more trouble than they are worth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Report these people to the BBB so maybe others will be warned.
