They say they have only a 60-day warranty. But this is for an 'emergency' item.

They didn't apologize or seem concerned at all. My heart medications fell out of the broken zipper while I'm staying at a shelter.

I need these to live. Luckily, there were volunteers to help me.

Breach of Return Policy

Item arrived defective. Policy says they will cover return shipping for their errors.

They would not cover return shipping. They also wouldn't discuss it further after reference to their own policy was made.

Complaint about an item that I bought four times

I ended up buying four of the molle bags because the snaps pulled out of the material my latest one was a brand new one and after 2 weeks the snaps pulled out of the material as well I request refunded for four Molle bags and at the same time I also request that a new one be sent to me at no cost

I received a product in the mystery box and it came with no instructions no description. So when I call today I was not informed that you're only open Monday through Friday.

It would be nice if people were informed of that if they called on a weekend.

I will hopefully receive a call this next coming week. Thank you for you have great products I just don't know what this is and trying to find out was not a good experience today

When I tried to call about an unknown product I was put on hold and told the next available operator. Upon looking at their website they are only open Monday through Friday this was a Saturday when I called. They need to put on their message that they are closed on Saturday Sundays and holidays so people do not wait on hold expecting to get an operator
