They didn't apologize or seem concerned at all. My heart medications fell out of the broken zipper while I'm staying at a shelter.

I have contacted Stealth Angel & left mail but have not received any communication from them. The matter is not resolved as yet & want only the other part of the product already paid for.
Still haven't received the second half of my order which was paid for nor any communication from the company.

I ended up buying four of the molle bags because the snaps pulled out of the material my latest one was a brand new one and after 2 weeks the snaps pulled out of the material as well I request refunded for four Molle bags and at the same time I also request that a new one be sent to me at no cost

I received a product in the mystery box and it came with no instructions no description. So when I call today I was not informed that you're only open Monday through Friday.
It would be nice if people were informed of that if they called on a weekend.

Upon looking at their website they are only open Monday through Friday this was a Saturday when I called. They need to put on their message that they are closed on Saturday Sundays and holidays so people do not wait on hold expecting to get an operator
