Steals.com shipped the wrong item, refused to refund the shipping, and was unresponsive to emails.

I got a cheap cloth face mask delivered instead of an NFL sweatshirt and stuffed toy that was ordered. They responded to my original email saying it was out of stock (according to the website it wasnt) gave me a refund for the item but would not refund the shipping charge. It was their error! They would not respond. I would never buy from them again.

Half of Order missing

Order a 2 piece skirt suit and only received jacket. Order specifically says skirt suit. Where is the skirt???

I purchased a dress, and the transaction was canceled by the website after the I received a confirmation email. I didn't receive neither the dress nor the refund. I bought another dress, it wasn't new WITH TAGS ON as mentioned in the description. It's not fit and flare as the title says, and it's completely different from the the model in the picture. I bought another dress from them and it was good. The overall experience is not good

This is my first time ordering from this company. I ordered two items and received only one.

I ordered two items and received only one. I've sent them an email letting them know of the issue. If they resolve it to my satisfaction and will update my review, but as of now, I would not order anything else from them and my rating is zero stars
