I've been waiting over for hours for my appointment
My initial complaint was that I needed a telehealth appointment and had waited over four hours for my appt. to be fair, it was christmas day and I tested positive for covid..and I'm very high risk for long covid so I knew I needed that retrovirus medication. I had to call several times, but they were finally able to track down a provider for me and I got my medication in a timely manner?
