I was harassed by local transit for over a decade sometimes periodically other times sporadically! I payedy fare for monthly pass and one of the drivers refused to let me on the bus putting his hand twice around the place where I swipe my card to get on the bus saying your not getting on my bus!This he did two separate occasions and many other incident snap owned over decades!Psychological and unprofessional behavior on the part of a group of approximately 40 drivers.Some new and some older! One driver took my card away and took my paid property to the lunch room refusing to give it to me!I paid for it he took it!On all 3 of these occasions I was on my way to see doctors and delayed by hours!And even supervisors didn't bother to put my complaints in to head office few reports ever went in!This treatment and disrespect happened for decades and they laughed about it in private sometimes to my face!None of the supervisors took my complaints serious enough!I could write a book of these incidentsnand the reluctance for anyone at StCatharines transit to do ANYTHING!
