- - Housekeeping entered the room without permission.
- - They told the manager to schedule cleaning.
- - My teen and kids were awakened and kept outside.
Housekeeping went In room with out permission or notification, they advised manager schedule the cleaning my teen an kids where woken up an made wait out side then after done went back in started talk in Spanish not knowing my teen understands called me. Un professional rude horrible costumer service.
