Hi we booked for stay at kirro .at the cost of $831.30 for 2 nights for a wedding which was cancelled due to covid19 i have tried to cancel but does not come up in my trips when i asked to speak to someone they gave me a man named Jain who speaks mandarin'
our booking is for 17 th -19th april in which our lock down .i would like to know why my money can not be refunded as the host has not been paid, and all apartments are giving refunds for Easter holidays.confirmation code HM52AR5ZHZ . And the CEO of air BNB was on line to advise that all would be refunded. I am not happy as just getting the royal run around from host and air bnb.which also on my policey we were able to cancel for ful refund by 3rd april .please can some one expain to me why .....
