Deceived, Stole and Lied

“F” HOTELS.COM AND STAY ALFRED. On 5/24 we booked a one night at a Stay Alfred in Dallas for 6/2. My credit card was charged 24 hours later for the listed cost of the room ($133) AND a $124 cleaning fee that was never listed as a cost. I tied to cancel the booking and was told NO. Their policy is you need to cancel 30 days prior to the arrival date to get 70% of your money back and if you cancel in less than 30 then they get to keep 100% of your money.... Including the Cleaning Fee for a room I will not stay in. meaning I would have to cancel on May 2nd… three weeks before I even booked the room… So we have no option .. we are going to have the time of our lives that night. We will trash room with oils, whip cream, food fights, fill the bath tub with gallons of oils and have FUN! When gives you lemons, make lemonade … and PARTY with no regard to the maid … NEVER AGAIN USE
