Worthless!!!
They all told me the same thing to do, which would not resolve the issue. The representatives kept directing me to another department, which always led back to the department that sent me there.
Just an endless circle.
I spent over 8 hours trying to resolve this with nothing accomplished except greater frustration.
Stax made a change to their process and because the Gateway company they used would not change their process, Stax dropped them. With that, all customers that used that gateway cannot process payments.
Though Stax has been processing our payments for years they are now forcing us to reapply to do all business with them.
We are filling suit and complaint with the Banking and Trade Commission as they have effectively shut down our business because we cannot accept any credit card payments.
Absolutely no customer support can’t reach anyone

No customer service ever
I called in to find out exactly what my fees are and they forwarded me to a number that goes to someone thats never heard of Stax. My emailed receipts never make it to the customer.
Cant fix that.
