i ordered a box of one dozen pens got one pen in a large box. walmart passed me on to resolve with 3rd party seller.
what a waist of time.
have never heard back from anyone. will never order from them again.

REGARDING Mr. DEAD DiSANTIS : On or about the 10th of March, 2019, I bought a pen from DEAN DiSANTIS, of 313 Webster Avenue, Cranston, RI, on a listing he posted in eBAY. The item came to my mail box. The item was a literal piece of JUNK. This is not the half of it. I used the eBAY messager, and messaged this grifter that he had knowingly sent me a pile of junk, and that he had knowingly stolen my money. He returned a message that was not only impertinent, but, also was personally insulting, and personally abusive. I don't take that kind of thing from any one. Period. I have no Earthly idea who DEAN DiSANTIS is, or or who he thinks he is......but DiSANTIS is a LIAR, A CHEAT, A THIEF, and a CON-MAN. Thank you, Dr. H. E. Sawyer, Jnr.

I bought pens, plastic shelf riser and some spray bottles. When I made purchase the cashier said all sales are final and no returns/ exchanges. Wierd. Since when do they do this? Its no wonder since every item I bought was broke. The pens(6 to be exact) would not click...

I ordered a video pen. Got it 2 days ago.
It is broke. I ordered a Sq 11 Mini DV camera. They forgot 1 thing. Support t flash card with 32 G maximum.
I had to get a new phone so i can't get hold of them to let them know. Because my orders don't show up on my new phone. I would like another pen. Oh and there eas no cord or flash card for it.
Can't use it if we can't charge it. Or record with it. I do have another one on order i paid for. But i hope it has everything.
I can send photos. But on wish i can't. So if you can help.

I sent in my fountain pen for repair, USPS confirmed delivery. Mont Blanc unable to locate the pen and will not respond to my emails, and apparently have blocked my phone number. NEVER buy from this company.
Bic - The tape does not work properly

I have been having issues with using the corrective tape. the tape falls off the feeder.
the tape separates from the feeder tape, sometines it clings and lifts the previously applied tape. Has Bic come up with a tear resistant version yet?
I am not sure, but I think the tapes have no expiration date...maybe they were old when I bought them. I take good care of my office supplies, so not sure how I could avoid these issues. I am a loyal Bic Brand, but am going to venture out into some new brands for camparison… thank you!
