Not what I expected

My nails are curved, my purchase was made because I believed that these nails were pliable they are ridged and will not work on my nails. I want to return my order.

I have been purchasing multiple items, (Pres-on nails) since Covid 19, prevented me from getting service at a salon. There is no customer loyalty. When they sent the wrong order, I took picture of it and then of my original order on their site and informed them. They only offered to give me something of equal value and when they received the item back. It takes 3 weeks for new order to reach me, I would have no supplies, during the interim and since the item was on sale, there is no item they could send, of equal value. They clearly state that email is the only way to reach them. When I explained why their customer loyalty is non-existent and the exchange they offer, is not a solution, they simply stopped communicating, (so easy to do, online, in other words, they ghosted.) Hefty trash cans and other companies, send you a replacement, the minute they are clear that the error is on their end. I also sent them evidence of these. I can take picture of order, but it is simply an item number. If you are truly interested, I will spend the time to find everything on their customer unfriendly site, just email: Lynnenydick@***.com
