Yes the 990 is a wet bath and you should not need to pump out the water left in the shower after using, this is unsanitary and unsafe it should drain. I have had 2 other campers one was. Lance the other was a Elkhorn Fleetwood neither had this issue even if the camper was not 100% level they both drained fine My point is after you pay over $32k for what Northwood claims to be the best in the industry it should work The attorney I'm working with... We are second owners of a 2007 27T. Discovered dry rot in the back wall in 2014. Took it back to the LaGrande factory. Two guys proclaim up to $1500 to fix, if it's my fault, IOW not maintaining the unit in any way. When picking it up, they have take responsibility for the repair. NO CHARGE to us!! A few years ago my wife and I spent our tax refund on two recliners from Globe Furniture in Lagrande, Oregon. My wife purchased a Lazy Boy and I purchased a Lane. We bought our unit used. Fit and finish is average for this industry. Build quality is well above average. Thick floors, thick walls, solid construction, solid axles, big tanks, so unit is on the heavy side as a consequence. Have had zero issues with slides and seals, and we use our unit well over 15 weeks and 15,000 km per year. Rude, harassing, disrespectful, and shaming comments is how RAC rolls. I have never gone a whole month without paying but have been late on payments a few times. I work 10-14 hour days trying to raise 3 kids by myself and yet RAC employees have literally put me in tears with the way they speak to me. We don't and haven't ordered tons of Schwan's foods but we now will never order any! We think it is ridiculous to pay such a charge when your product is already quite expensive! Keep it, Schwan's! Your drivers are so courteous and do such a great job; how can you do this to them? 2013 27-5L Drain Master Dump Valves and switches have not worked from day one! We have spent incalculable time and own effort to get repaired and finally had dealer replace with manual pulls (funny, now new models have manual pulls) At our expense! I have called Northwood corporate (Matt) to complain about service personnel and they improved their attitude but didn't stop them from charging us for the repairs and even using our after market...
