I had purchased 2 tickets to a recent concert. The concert got rescheduled just hours before the original date/time. I've never had such a horrible experience with a company ever. I placed my order online (walked through with an agent on the phone). What more can a consumer do? I called into UHC customer service to see if custom orthotic shoe inserts were covered on my policy prior to my appointment and was told they were.
