Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I found a search for an attorney in a lawsuit regarding the Realty business was futile. I wouldn't walk away from such an obvious racket.
If they feel theycan getaway with this level of deception, it's not the first time.An unfair business practices lawsuit has been filed naming realtor and broker.I will approach the AGO again with my new evidence. If it can be ignored the lawyers are likely not willing to get involved in a game with a stacked deck.
After 12 months, I was able to get my representative involved. Three months later I received a letter which said the investigation had found no evidence of wrong doing. I asked for some information about what data was
examined. I was told the SOS.OPR was exempt from FOIA requests by the state legislature.
From my research I contend that there is a statewide, and likely nationwide racket between banks, realtors, online listers, and attorneys. I have started my lawsuit and have found more evidence of records falsified. The realtor states it is impossible to change online data.
4.2 billion nationwide cybercrimes in the USA says different. 6.5 trillion worldwide.

State of Vermont Motor Vehicles Prevents You From Getting Driver's License Anywhere Else
Believe it or not, trying to reregister my California Drivers License led to my finding out that, the State of Vermont has put a hold, because of a problem that occurred in 1980!! And, although a speeding ticket was involved, IT HAD BEEN PAID.
But the problem was, apparently, there was a LATE PROCESSING FEE due, that I was never informed of, and today, nearly 30 years later, it now requires 70 bucks to clear it. Amazingly, the people at the DMV gladly told me this was the Taxpayer's dollars at work for the new Homeland Security System, which allows states to share databases. Interesting isn't it? While the terrorists can rent a car and blow us to smitherens, the kind State of Vermont is using our tax dollars to find debts (probably not even legitimate) that are decades old.
When I asked the worker how she felt about such harassment, her comment was: Well, at least it provides us Job Security.
I had to laugh. And, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I drive through Vermont, or ever buy Ben and Jerry's icecream (sorry Ben & Jerry), take it up with your local DMV.
