RE: Document ID 942010 – Letter ID No. 116**** Ms. Marilyn Devine, thank you for your respond. I hope and pray you can help me. My story goes a long, long way. I am happy that some one with a high position such as yours, is taking the time in listening to me. Thank you again. My father: Jesus Enriquez Baca Date of Birth: June 19, 1895 Jesus Enriquez (Baca) is my father. Magdalena Hernandez, is my mother. I am Graciela Enriquez, born on February 10, 1951. My father passed away on January 6, 1959. My mother passed away on December 24, 1994. My father was 28 years older than mother, therefore he had children older than my mother. My mother only had a 2nd grade education. Per document or Judgment no. 20,299, dated March 12, 1959, in the District Court of the 49th Judicial District of Webb County, Texas , my mother per said Judgment (she put her name as Elena H. Enriquez Baca), tried to sue my father’s first wife, Vicenta Salazar Enriquez) to return what was taken from our home at 802 Arkansas, Laredo, TX BECAUSE per Estate of Jesus Enriquez (Estate No. 5132, Webb County), his first children came and took away several items from our home (including the insurance policies in a safe) as filed from his first wife, looking for a will. Per the sheriff of Webb County, (can I mention my dad’s daughter from his first wife, her husband worked there as a deputy), no will was found. In safe at home January 10, 1959 in the court documents is where I found the insurance policies (see below). On the Estate File No.5132, its says to take the things from the safe BUT the sheriff took the whole safe. I was there. I was one month away from nine years old. I remember how things happened. On March 3, 1959, Ms. Vicenta Salazar came back to Webb County court and there is a list of items distributed (they kept the booming business) and we were left with an old house and my mom was given $500 because she had helped my dad start the booming business (The Tumble Inn). NO MENTION OF THE INSURANCE POLICES My mom and dad lived together from 1944 to 1959 (15 years). . There were three daughters, Carmen Enriquez, Graciela Enriquez, and Maria de la Luz Enriquez, all minors in 1959. Please help me. Here is the list per the court document: I did contact the insurance companies below and wrote to them too. The same respond. YOU NEED THE INSURANCE POLICY to file a claim. In Safe at Home, January 10, 1959: and written in a list.
