Why they are not covering a certain product that I need

I was told that I would be evicted from my residence at 665 Arctic Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut, if I had my own cannabis plant in my unit. It is legal by law to have one, so why am I being threatened with eviction?

For my car im a bus driver my car broke down from pot hole near my job
I was driving home from my job I ran into a very big pot hole while it was raining it damaged my car very bad and I gotta pay 4000 I help assistance to get my car fix for work
