The state insurance isn't doing anything,I've reported the fraud the insurance company has done,,and I mean they committed fraud I don't think there's one document that doesn't have fraud,

Then I reported the fact that the insurance company put a fraudulent document in that says,,the policy holder let an indavidual drive his car and they got in an accident,there is no truth to that at all,I don't borrow my vehicle out,also there was no accidents on the ford focus at all there was however a claim for it getting broken into and somebody installing camera equipment ,I reported this in October because nobody knew it was broke into until I discovered it but the back carpet had been ripped away from the sides in the trunk, I said it had to be around June 7 2025 because i remember some wires being out from under the molding on driver's side,so that's why they used 07/072025,so In reality I know it was after I made the new policy that I reported it,so that's all fraud ,also I reported to the state insurance that they took and rescinded my policy on 09/11/2025 the same day I made the new policy,they then deleted my comprehensive and replaced it with restrictions on the policy but still charged me for comprehensive and collision and still are,added uninsured motorists and uninsured ,then added medical I wasn't told about any of this until I looked in the documents,sounds like the wapello county Court House,if you look there still charging for the comprehensive,,a matter of fact if they rescinded the policy why are they doing anything with the insurance,the policy is actually none existent,anyway Ive told the state insurance about this,nothing said to me what so ever,I said to them I need to know if my policy is in effect or not,see the way it should be is they notify you of the resicind and then give you your refund,they didn't and they accepted the payments after rescind,this was something that should have been taken care of right away,,but it wasnt,I notified the state agency of several other things but no reply,.as I said,there was no accident,I know what they did had a lady back up and hits my car,her insurance payed it my insurance said they did but they did not,,so its fraud,also i told the state insurance that they sent and altered the first policy and not a word,now they also took my comprehensive off and collision on the first policy's,but the adjuster messed up and put a document saying I did have comprehensive and it was a thousand deductable,that also proves I had comprehensive,the state insurance knows this, and they tried to get away with altering the documents and saying I didnt have it,well there's a lot more fraud in the policy then the adjuster said I threatened her when I didnt,the only day I was around any progressive employee was on the 10/24/2025,it didn't happen,,they ruined my ability to get other insursnce with there allegations and purposely,there's all kinds of documents I turned in for fraud and altering,see there's no way the state insurance can deny this look at what all they done,there's just to much fraud here, the bbb nows and pissed consumers now it, I find it very weird they haven't said anything on anything

So let's see if they uphold the law,i also know the insurance didn't check the witnesses,I have turned in all the documents to prove these allegations,here's the key thing,the documents your seeing here,is the same documents he's got,so there's no way,everything from begining to this date has fraud and an intent to harm the policy holder,ive asked for a settlement on the whole thing plus interest on it,remember if you can see the fraud on the documents the state insurance guy can definstely see the frsud.i arrest my well deserved case,documents will becattached
