Correction to last complaint : Attorney Edidiong E Aaron never sent me any Motions: Ms Aaron never sent me any Motions the whole time I was Pro Se :Ms Aaron emailed her Motion for Çontempt 10 months later and 3 days after the hearing, Ms Aaron emailed me 3 days later the last page of the Motion For Contempt which showed Chief Judge Geronda Carter's chambers never sent me the request to perfect the record which made Attorney Edidiong E Aaron's Motion For Contempt fraudule full of lies and deception! And since Ms Aaron sent Motion so late, it uldn't have counted!

Judges attorney said case wasn't ready for a final hearing until the record had been perfected and Ms Edidiong knew I hadn't been sent the request for it was the last page of her Motion For Contempt which Ms Aaron hid from me before the hearing, that last page showed that Ms Aaron's Motion For Contempt was built on intentional false information by Ms Aaron and should have never been done!

The State Bar seems to be no good right now, and it seems that Ms Coole needs to fire some people at the State Bar and get in their office people who will discipline all attorneys equally.

I know i have seen the State Bar discipline attorneys for running scams and acting fraudulently like these attorneys did below to me :but, they seem to punish certain ones and not punish others, and all people need to get treated equally!!

Heres my Horror story with 4 attorneys and the State Bar not doing nothing yet about fraudulent activity and scams run by the below attorneys to me!!!

I was Pro Se for a 1 year and 3 months when the fraudulent activity & scams occurred to me by the below attorneys: 1. Attorney Ellaretha Coleman of Atlanta Family Group : Atlanta Ga

Ellaretha Colemans assistant told me $250 for a consultation on divorce with Ellaretha, but I never got a divorce consultation phone call like I was supposed to get!

I got a call from a guy from the attorneys office, so i thought he was a attorney, but when i asked him 1 question, he could 't answer the question, then he said he wasn't a attorney, so i asked him to have a a attorney call me, he said okay, but no attorney ever called.

So then I called Ellarethas office and they told me that I have to pay $495 more dollars to talk to Ellaretha for a consultation. I asked for my money back and I said the attorneys receptionist should have told me there would be a $695 divorce consultation in the first place.

But Ms Coleman's office manager refused to give me my money back, so her office is running a scam and the State Bar still hasn't disciplined this attorney for running this scam on me, and it shouldn't take this long!!

2. Attorney Kimberly Ponder, Chief Judge Geronda Carter's Attorney of Clayton County Superior Court attorney

Kimberly Ponder staff attorney to Chief Judge Geronda Carter of Clayton Superior Court does a unlawful act of intentionally not sending me the important request of things i needed to do to perfect the record so my case with the Clayton Superior Court would be ready for a final hearing, this way Kimberely Ponder knew i wouldn't know i had to perfect the record for my case to be ready for a final hearing, so Chief Judge Geronda Carter could hold me in contempt falsely!

Attorney Edidiong E Aaron of Family Matters Law Firm

Ms Aaron never sent me any of her Motions the whole time i was Pro Se for a 1 year and 3 months. Then she files a False Motion For Contempt talking all the way through it that i didn't respond to Kimberely Ponders request to do the things to perfect the record, for my case to be ready for a final hearing,.

On last page of the Motion For Contempt showed that Kimberely Ponder didn't send me the important request to perfect the record so my case would be ready for a final hearing which i didn't get until all the corruption was over!

So this shows that Ms Aaron intentionally committed fraudulent behavior against me in intentionally doing a False Motion For Contempt which she sent me most of it after she filed it with court nearly a year ago.

State Bar Of Georgia has not disciplined Ms Aaron for this fraudulent Motion For Contempt that Ms Aaron intentionally did against me knowing that what she put in it wasn't true, but that it would harm me tremendously!!!

Attorney Sean Whitworth of Law Offices of Sean R Whitworth

Mr Whitworth withdrew after filing a Motion To Compel and incomplete discovery when i paid him a flat fee for the whole divorce.

Mr Whitworth also took up for my husband lying about how much he makes and providing fake paystubs. Then Mr Whitworth chose to believe a liar.

Then Mr Whitworth wouldn't let me come by his office and pick up my file, but instead he claimed to keep sending file on the internet which didn't work , and i don't prefer it!!!

Mr Sean Whitworth also has been refusing to remove himself from my Peachcourt efile so he can see whats being filed in my case.

I put in a complaint with State Bar about Mr Whitworth but the State Bar says they can't find the complaint!

When the complaint was in there to the State Bar with the rest of the complaints about the above attorneys.

Adrienne Nash from State Bar sent me a letter saying none of these attorneys below did nothing wrong and that's a lie! Here is what attorneys did below: 1.

Attorney Ellaretha Coleman

I called Ellarethas offic:e and they tell me that I have to pay $495 more dollars to talk to Ellaretha . I asked for my money back and I said their office representative should have told me there would be a $695 divorce consultation in the first place. But Ms Coleman is refusing to give me my money back!!

What a scam Ms Coleman runs, she should definitely be sat down from practicing law, made to pay me back my money and disciplined by the State Bar!

2. Attorney Kimberly Ponder

Kimberly Ponder staff attorney to Chief Judge Geronda Carter of Clayton Superior Court does a unlawful act and doesn't notify me that she needs important financial affidavit and other important papers back from me for a final hearing : because, I was Pro Se, Ms Ponder was supposed to have notified me, and I am pissed that she didn't. Instead Kimberly Ponder notified the wrong person, my former lawyer who still hasn't sent me my file, and he's been gone from my case over a year, and he definitely didn't notify me that Ms Ponder needed these very important documents, and I don't even know if Ms Ponder notified Sean Whitworth, but she was very corrupt in not notifying me that she needed these very important documents back for their to be a final hearing : because, I was Pro Se the documents were supposed to come to me!

So Ms Ponder needs to get disciplined by the State Bar immediately!

Attorney Edidiong E Aaron

Ms Aaron didn't send me her Motion For Contempt when she filed it with the Court in April 2022, and she was supposed to send me her Motion For Contempt in April 2022: because I was Pro Se, now here it is January 1, 2024, and I am reading Ms Aarons Motion For Contempt, and I see that Ms Aaron did a lying Motion For Contempt saying that the Judges staff attorney notified all parties that she needed these very important documents back including a Financial Affidavit in order for there to be a final hearing, then Ms Aaron attaches a document showing that she is intentionally lying in her Motion For Contempt: the document shows the parties that were notified and my name is no where on the document, unfortunately I didn't have the documents for the hearing to defend myself , so I get wrongfully put in Contempt by Ms Edidiong, and then I am forced into a hearing that wasn't even supposed to happen.

Therefore, Ms Aaron needs to be sat down from being a lawyer and disciplined by the State Bar immediately for her lying, deceptive & corrupt behavior!!!

Mr Whitworth charges me a flat fee of $2500 to do my whole divorce. Then he turns around and tells me if I dont stop going after half of my husbands trust and my husbands other house he bought, Mr Whitworth says he is withdrawing! And he immediately filed for withdrawal from my case in the midst of incomplete discovery that he had just filed and a Motion To Compel that he just filed!

Then I tell Mr Whitworth that my husbands paystubs are a lie that he sent in for his discovery, and Mr Whitworth tells me everybody lies in the midst of a divorce and does nothing about the lying paystubs but filed a immediate withdrawal!

I was a housewife for 24 years, so the $2500 was what I could afford, so I objected to Mr Whitworth withdrawing in the midst of stuff that he needed to correct!

When I started asking for file, Mr Whitworth starts sending me a Dropbox link that doesnt work, so I told him in email that I need to come into his office and get file, he doesn't respond!
