My call is not being taken and I want to cancel my subscription

Stash bank is the worst bank I ever dealt with. They think myself and my accountant are scammers and we are not.

They asked for info I've given them repeatedly and banking info that I'm not giving. They will not take my calls or emails at this point.my number is blocked. if I can't close my bank account or investment portfolio, I will unjustly risk IRS penalties. I can not transfer anything at this point in time.

If they want to say I'm a scam or my business people, then they can just turn the innocent over to the FBI to handle, guess what they mistakenly transferred money out of my other account, which put me in a deficit. That's what's left over that they are with holding.

Trying to speak to a live representative

Last Saturday I attempted to order 6 boxes (30 tea bags each) as follows: 3 boxes of Premium Green Tea bags and 3 boxes of Wild Raspberry Hibiscus, only to be informed that the green tea was unavailable. I was able to order the Wild Raspberry Hibiscus (your order #443544 ) only to receive an email the next day telling me that my order was cancelled and my payment was reversed and cancelled.

After trying for one hour today to call the "Customer Service" numbers on your web site and get to speak to a live representative (1 80* *** **** & 1 50* *** ****), I have concluded that you have no English speaking representative working for you and that you are probably out of business.
