The representative I spoke with was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She was professional and worked with me to get the issue resolved.

No service
Since i moved to this comny my internet service has been terrible i have more time without internet than the tome i have internet I really regret to abandoned my old internet service. In addition i was waiting 2 hours to speak with a representative and my problem was never solved. I have 3 days with no internet service.

Breathe of fresh air, finally leaving Specturm. Because we had no other options for internet here in Los Angeles.
Spectrum is such a ripoff. They change $80 a month for internet service. And call you a few times a day if youre a week late on payment.
Plus Spectrum uses the same area code as your phone. Hoping youll answer.

Internet down since it went in
Very angry . I just switch service and its been down 90 percent of the time . Very upset and will be switching back if I cant reach an agent- been trying for two nights now

Internet Transfer
Was on hold for 2 hour and didnt get through to speak with anyone about simply transferring my already payed for internet to my new unit in the same buildingdidnt receive any notification of service/anything what so ever.
