Despite numerous requests to re instated my FULL profile with many links NOTHING was done.
I have since been bombarded with so much info of many things of no interest or suited to my registered options .I decided to cancel the auto renew.They were sorry to see me go so much so that they re instated the auto renew and vmcharged me to renew! There IS NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN!!POOR SERVICE!! IMHO
I complained to my bank and sent a complaint twice and DID GET A REFUND FOR THE WRONGLY CHARGED FOR AND NOT REQUIRED RENEWAL.
StarNow has gone from a 10/ in my rating to a 1/10 at best.
Very very disappointed and glad to have left!!
