Since I signed my lease April thirtieth they have already presented me with a thirty day notice because I am unable to catch up my rent they won't take payments when after bills I am short so now I am three months behind with no ability to catch up I have applied for help an was denied once already I feel as tho they are doin this on purpose called legal aid an was accused of not filing the correct paperowk when I put on there tht I was disabled and needed these because I am disabled and they ignored it now the property manager is saying it's nothing there when I put it an went in the portal an checked where I applied
