If your termination request is for a later date, your mobile service will end at midnight on that date. Poor customer service

StarHub - Poor customer service

I subscribe for a new phone line and after installing immediately the data show 0 gb balance for a 20gb plan, I WhatsApps Starhub for assistance and after weeks they still have not resolved my issues

I went to Starhub branch in Tampines and they told me they do not handle postage paid subscription plan

There is no where we could escalate this matter further

This is a total failure of the Starhub customer care service system

You'll need to activate the SIM card on the StarHub App. Do follow the on-screen instructions for the SIM card activation.

1. Select "Mobile" on your homepage. Change_of_Plans_1.0 2. Select the mobile line you would like to activate your SIM.

Select "Activate Now" on your mobile line details to activate your SIM card. Star Plans SIM Card Activation 3 Should you require any further assistance, feel free to reach out to us on the StarHub App.

Pay a visit to Customer Service and spend more than 1 hour but issue cannot resolve as explanation that each department in Starhub works independently

Subscribe to data roaming global but still have not fully utilize my roaming data but was charged pay per use. Request to terminate permanently pay per use but was infirm the feature is not available. Paid for data roaming but cannot use the service is really frustrating and was unfairly charge by them on pay per use.

My sim card is 3g i want to change to 4G to 5G my signal is verry slow

I try what the operator say , but nothing change at all. Still my sim card is 2g n 3g, if can help me please change in 4g, hope so can help this, thank u so much.

You can check and manage your mobile network settings on your device. Android Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.

iOS Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options. Please select 4G or 5G to ensure your services continue without interruption. If there is no option to activate 4G/5G, this means your phone is a 3G-only phone.
