Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They didn't finally resch out to me and shipped my order.
I received it so no loss. I still can't figure out why I was ignored for a solid week.
A week later I decided to check on my order and found it sitting there stating that its confirmed and they charged my credit card. I emailed them to try and see when it might ship. Never got and answer even after 3 more emails. I called and just got put on hold by the bot then it comes back stating their busy, leave number and they will call back.
Never got a call. Tried this two more times with the same result. Finally a women answered and I told her I wanted to simply cancel the order and get a refund on my credit card. She said she couldn't help with that and someone will get back to me after I gave all info.
Still nothing !!!
Total rip off. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and now I have to jump thru all the fraud hoops to get my money back.
