Would not refund my money
Saturday i purchased 2 chairs, one of which i took home that day, the other had to be ordered. Nov 1 sunday at home i decided my condo was too small for both chairs.
Nov 2, I i called in the a.m. i asked them to cancel the other chair, i was told by Justin the general mgr i could not get my money back but could only get store credit and that it was stated on my paperwork but was never told that by anyone in the store or by my salesperson Melanie Thurmond.
this is terrible and I will never shop there again. terrible customer service &;;;;;;;; i plan to tell everyone I know about this.
