I am a member with Star Market I use my phone number at check out but I DO NOT get the correct price. Then if I want my money I would have to get a manager or customer service desk, but today at 17:40 (5:40 pm) it was closed and the manager was on break. This has been going on for months but Star/Shaws can not get it fixed I will be shopping at a different store and not one of the Star/shaws store. I thought you should be told that. Preferred solution: For them to get check-out correct the price of the item and see that it was correct before you pay and then miss it or wait in line to get your money back Yes I have lost money over the last year.

User's recommendation: Make sure the price is what it should be if you are using any type of digital coupon. Just make sure you get your money from the store at check out, I know it hard to do with the way the store has the check out receipt both on digital and paper coupons. Or you can do what I will be doing, going to a different store not Star/Shaws, Price Chopper/ Stop and Shop, and so-on. Good Luck
