I found this supposed breeder on Craigslist, and fell in love with a cat named Chloe. The breeder sent me a picture, as well as a video with the date of this kitten.

I was told by Ken Richardson and his wife Christina Richardson the kitten would be $500 and $250 for transport. I paid via PayPal Friends and Family at his request.
The day the cat was supposed to be shipped, from scam company, these people and cohorts created, a transportation company which looked legitimate. I was told the transportation company was Royal You Ship, which is a legitimate company.
A customer representative sent me an email claiming it would be $950 to ship my cat. I spoke to a customer service representative with a heavy accent.

This "company" wanted gift cards. I was extremely angry, as this was not explained to me by the scam breeder.
I went to a local Walmart to get the gift cards. The clerk explained this is a known scam.
I demanded my money back, and the scam breeder refused. Also, this scammer was extremely rude, condescending, and was extremely unprofessional.
I believe this is a scammer that works with a group of thieves that build a scam transportation company, and a fake breeding facility.

If I was so in love with Chloe, I ignored the red flags. Don't fall for this scam. I believe the scammers are working out of China, as the receipt from PayPal was in Chinese.

Also, this unethical scammer had me use Friends and Family option. As PayPal could not dispute the charges.
