I am waiting to give them a chance to resolve a matter involving sales misrepresentation. I have extensive SEO experience.

If they do not solve my issue I i will post the website here. Feel free to post complaints on it. It will appear ahead of their ranking within a few weeks and will undoubtedly cost sales.

It will also appear under a lot of key search terms that they would prefer it didn't and on Craigslist.

This dealerships attitude and practices are very poor. I would encourage consumers to also write to Ford headquarters and to the major holders of Ford debt....

My car is made of plastic! My new Ford Escape has been in several times since I purchased it only 4 months ago.

My elderly mother and I paid cash for 2 new cars on the same day. Once they had our money they let us drive off with cars with existing problems that they did not check before selling it. Our salesman said he did not make enough commission so the problem is not his.

The trunk liner is falling off the car and my gas cap has fallen out. The air cond broke down, alignment out and my temp gage has never worked.

I went to the "SALE" they had on the week of 6-18-2012 what a rip off they marker the cars up some over 10,000 I looked at an suv they had on line its 25700.00 the very same suv the day I went was 32,900 I didn't say a word I got the info in writing from the crooks and the special sales people they had running the sale and have sent copies to the state for them to file charges aginst Star Ford and the sales group. I wouldn't send my enemies to these clowns,

They sold me an SUV. The transmission went out.

I fixed it for $2000. It went out again. I fixed it for $2,000. Now it out for the 3rd time and they wont fix it even after I took it back 2 more times and they said "honey, its not broken".

Now they sd I did make enough of an issue of it then so they wont fix it. Time since first repair? 15 months. How much to fix it now?

$2700. No more Fords!!!!
