Employee at front register was having a 10 min long conversation about her favorite drinks and foods. Didnt feel right having to wait to get tix. Was a bit late for the movie.

Star Cinema Grill - Complaint on front register. 10:55am
The person at the front register had a 10 minute long conversation in regards to her favorite drinks. I just needed to get my tix to not miss my movie.

User's recommendation: Buy ahead. Not the first time the same person makes me wait while she finds it acceptable to talk and chit chat while you wait.
