The waiters walk back and forth excessively standing j. Front of the screens and talking at length repeatedly with the same person its distracting and a nuisance .. and they shine flashlights before they get to the intended customer and THEN shine their bright phone screen upward instead of shielding or lowering it.
Its a BAD experience they did not do that when it was studio movie grill and no other dine in theaters Ive been to are that bad at in movie service.
We will NOT go again.

I don't ever send BAD surveys but the manager at Springwoods outside of Houston ruined my weekend. You are in business because you sell alcohol with a movie but she decided I could not have ONE spicy bloody mary (1 of your brunch specials) for a 2 hour movie.
Normally we go to Mo's before seeing a movie at your Vintage Park location but my wife wanted a Boba from a store near Springwoods so we went to the Marriott there next door for breakfast and then a movie. Your manager Saturday morning, 8/17 at 1030 denied us a drink...I even offered her a look at my Marriott receipt that had tacos, pancakes and juice, no alcohol but her mind was made up.
I am in my car right now listening to the Bangles while my wife watches a terribly acted romance novel movie (it ends with us) without her mimosa. I'm offended and I will be spending my $120 a movie on the weekends elsewhere, just so you know...we get pretzels, nachos and pizza, etc. with Diet Coke AT LEAST once a week...this manager has saved me $$.
Why do you have a bar and why should I beg you for a drink.
I'm getting work done now so not a total loss but I will be vocal, trust me. Cinemark is a better visual experience anyway.

I will not return to the Springwoods location, it's just as easy to go to Vintage Park. However, I will keep an eye out to make sure they don't move Jessica with me

I was trying to buy tickets for LongLegs on the date 7-19-24 and I accidentally left the date for today which is 7-14-24. The time of the movie was also set for 8:44 pm and I purchased the tickets at 10 pm.
Thus, the online portal let me proceed and pay for tickets to a movie that had already ended and charged me for them. I would like a refund so I can repurchase the tickets for the correct date and time.
Alternatively, if there is a possibility of receiving a voucher for the tickets for the correct date and time, that would be acceptable. I purchased 2 adult tickets for 30$.

My tickets was sent to the wrong theater on the app
It was resolved with a voucher. Thanks it was a credit for the movie at the station I was living by.

Hi, I came in today to make informed choices about my plans for tomorrow. Im bringing in a group of 8 seniors and I was fortunate to encounter Dicari ( not sure about the spelling, sorry), a young man who politely and efficiently explained all the options and services, including the use of the elevator, escalator, food choices, seating, accessories for hearing impairments and anything else we might need.
I owed a bakery for 16 years in the city and I would have hired this young man in a minutes. Welcomed me with a smile, was patient, polite and well versed. Well done.
We come here often-my first time hauling around a bunch of seniors (lol! Im 67 but the youngest senior of the bunch)

went to watch a movie with my girlfriend, later found out that she left her wallet in the seats, and ive been trying to reach out to star cinema grill for the longest to ask about a lost item and absolutely no one is answering the phone at all, highly disappointed at this..

Hi! I normally have a great experience at your theatre in Vintage Park.
But my last two visits have been rather nasty. I wanted to bring it to your attention in hopes that you can bring about change. The issues have been cleaning and sanitizing. I have always chosen your theatre over AMC because it was clean, sanitized, smelled good, and the bathrooms remained cleaned.
Although Covid is slowly moving to a thing if the past I dont think retailers should start relaxing on the protocols that keep everyone safe and allow everyone to enjoy a nice clean environment. My past two visits the ladies restroom has been dirty; toilet paper all over the floors, toilets dirty, and counters nasty. In addition, our reserved seats were dirty with good and trash, the leather on the seats is peeled away, and the cup holders were caked with something. On this last visit, the seats were so dirty I stopped someone in the hall and asked if they could have someone clean our seats.
A guy went in and removed the trash, but nothing appears to have been wiped down or sprayed with a sanitizing solution. He also didnt let us know he was done and we could go sit down, he seemed annoyed when I first asked. I do understand being short staffed and I do understand multitasking, but there is no valid excuse for what we experienced or the response. Thank God I carry Clorox wipes with me so I wiped it down myself but I feel bad for any other theatre goer who sat down not realizing the theatre room was never cleaned.
There is also a foul odor in that theatre. It smells off. I really would love to continue to go to your theatre because I do like it but some serious improvements and updates are desperately needed. The theatre should be cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized after every movie.
The bathroom should be cleaned and checked every hour or two hours to ensure it remains cleaned and sanitized. There are also seats in all of your movie rooms at the Vintage Park location that should either be redone or replaced, they look very distressed. On a brighter note our waitress was very nice and sweet. The food tasted great and was nice and hot.
Our drinks were also very well made and tasted great. Thanks for your time

On July 4,2022 I had date night with my daughter. we received our drinks warm and food cold.
The tray on my set was sticky.
I use to enjoy eating and movie you would think with the prices we pay we would be treated better. I would appreciate a reimbursement or something so that I can enjoy movie and dinner with my daughter so very unhappy went to Vintage Star
