BIG MISTAKE

My Car was stolen on the evening of Dec 14. On the morning of Dec 15 i made a claim.

An investigator requested all sort of documents and information. I comply and turn in the documents the very next day. The car was found a week later and it was vandalized. It has been two weeks since the car was found, and because i called, they took the car to the shop.

Two days later, they have not yet gotten the estimate for the Insurance company, Star Casualty, to approve the repair, or declare a total lost. It is very frustrating.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish i had done my homework before signing with them.
