No towels and a rude staff named Sylvia
- - Towels were unavailable; a white customer received towels while I was ignored, then I was sprayed with a hose and asked for the staff member's name.
There were no clean towels available at any kiosk. So I asked the lady whom was wearing your company shirt.
I explained there were no towels and she explained there were none available due to short staff. I said ok and went to go vacuum. As I finished up I noticed there was still no towels so I wanted to document as this is the third time now this week. I ask her again and she just ignored me the.
Proceeded to give a white woman a clean towel from a huge stack of clean towels in a cart. ( I am Native American) (its all recorded) I ask her again and she ignores me again the. Says you cussed me out dont come back here again!
I am at this point astonished at her behavior its almost thug like so I follow her to ask her name as I filled her around the corner she takes that water soap hose and sprays me in the eye and then weirdly says oh did I sorry you. At this point I want her name so bad I finally get it.
I want answers why I was treated this way!!
