Bad work when they give you they change the price last minute if you call them no one answer the phone they called you back next day

Neighbor arranged seal coating for 5 homes. Didn't know who the contractor was.

Weather was fine, 80, cleaned driveway, sealed it with water base product, and installed orange barrier across apron.

So far so good, except they didn't fill the cracks like all other contractors do. Employee said for $40 we just do the sealing...kind of skipped a step Juan!

Star boy services and seal coat, did my driveway about two weeks ago, well it rain after they did it, obviously they don't check the weather, I though they were not showing up because of the rain but to my surprise they did, I was not home to stop them from doing it, when I came home from the store the driveway was done, and I got Sealcoating all over my sidewalk garage door and siding, I was so pissed, I was going to call them but decided I'll wait until next they and see more carefully the damage and I was more calm. The next day I did call them I girl answers the phone she was very rude acting like it was their problem. I will leave a pic of my garage door for you guys to look at, stay away from "star boys" they don't deserve to be in business,

I apologize for all the things I have read in this page I'm the owner of star boys sealcoat and services and I would like to see if I could talk to you guys through my email starboysservices2000@***.com to try to fix all of these issues you are providing thorough here. This are type of complaints are new for us usually we have people say we did a great job. and if there is something wrong we always try to fix it because we know that nobody is perfect but we try our best to make our costumers happy. usually if there is a complain costumers call us right away and we try to fix it as soon as possible. although if its something that other companies did and people try to blame use we know it right away I have exactly 16 year working with sealer and I know when the sealer on sidewalks or garage doors are old because we have had people that tried that before. and if we do sealcoat and it rains we definitely go back to check all driveways to make sure everything is right and if some sealer got in the sidewalk we clean it ASAP! because it is hard to remove after couple of hours although some sealer might come off and of course we go back another day with no rain to fix it with no extra charge. in conclusion if you have a complain or any question please contact me through my email and we do not do any kind of repairs just sealer we tried doing crack filler but the material we buy doesn't last that much the best one is the hot crack filler and we unfortunately we don't have that.

I called star boys sealcoat to seal my driveway after reading their advertising where they mentioned they have 15 years of experience. totally FALSE.

First of all, they came in a hurry, didn't had the necessary tools because they didn't blow my driveway off, they sealcoat right at the top of dirt an debris, after they were done I can still see a brownish color from underneath, the cracks weren't filled, and use a ridiculously small stick to attach the tape to rope off my driveway, I was really ashamed of my neighbors seeing this poor job at my house.

I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody not even to my worst enemy.

Called to have 3 driveways coated. Mine, a neighbor and my sons.

Checks were attached to the screen but guy said not enough money, wanted more and refused to do drive for my son unless more money,. Too big, too big need more money. Called the office back and told them I wrote check for the requested amount and now getting grieve at my front door. Instead of $55 for my son's, I agreed to $90.

They should give estimates if all the quotes by the office are incorrect.

Won't use them again because they do not honor estimates and when they come, another negotiation by rude people. I called police about a permit even guy said he had one

Called about getting my driveway sealcoated. the show out very very late around 6pm.

to say my driveway was bigger and they will charge more, i greed after seeing the results i was so disapointed all the use was water on my driveway just black water! i paid 120 for a driveway that an other company would only charge 60 and good material from sealmaster!!!!!!! call the office to talk to manager or owner never call me back try calling again and the owner didn't speak english!!!!!!!!!

"Star boys seal coat and service" these guys did my driveway they got sealer on my concrete sidewalk!! they didn't gave me a cash receipt and they refuse to come back and cleat their mess!!

i talk with a girl at the office when i called, she told me her boss will contact me as soon as he was in, that never happened it's been over 6 months now i guess he is still out, doing anything but taking care of his customers!

this is so wrong, stay way from companies like this one, check BBB for good companies my friends!

i already talked to my neighbors and they will never use them.
