Store #1623 Ladylake. Associate helped me place a copy order but did not complete the process so order was never placed. Next day tried to pickup order and was met with terrible service arguing.

Felt like I was being ganged up on and accused of making up what happened. Those two ladies could care less about customer service.

Just wanted to make their point at the cost of losing business.They lost my business. Ill never shop there again.
