Store #1623 Ladylake. Associate helped me place a copy order but did not complete the process so order was never placed. Next day tried to pickup order and was met with terrible service arguing.
Order placed for photo copies 5/28/24 Assoc.said would be ready later in the day and gave me e-mail address to send pictures in. I followed her instructions, went 5/29/24 to pick up pictures only met with the order never made and another Assoc.arguing about who and how the order was placed?
Insisting she was the only person working yesterday?? So upsetting I cxld.the order. On my way out she hollers sarcastically Have a Nice Day! Incredibly rude, never apologized for any miscommunication.
Felt like I was being ganged up on and accused of making up what happened. Those two ladies could care less about customer service.
Just wanted to make their point at the cost of losing business.They lost my business. Ill never shop there again.
