He's an individual who's reaping female customers off in the Haitian community by doing their website, overcharging them, asking them for their PayPal email/password then automatically.
Stanwebmaster llc is owned by an Haitian individual named Stanley, when he's building the customers website he asks for your PayPal email/password then went without the customers knowledge to setup automatic/recurring payments yearly.
He overcharged customers, when the customers wants to stop business with him after taking money from the customers bank accounts, he doesn't refund the money, he sent old evidence to the bank to have the claim denied then makes all kind of changes to the customers PayPal account just so they unable to access it.
He needs to be stopped and start taking accountability for his actions or have his business shut down.
