We purchased a reclining loveseat that only reclines properly on one side. The other side takes 2 people to make the chair recline. Neither the store or Stanton will not fix the problem.

The furniture store declared the recliner operable. I contacted Stanton, the referred me back to the store.
It takes 2 people to operate one side of the love seat and the foot rest takes a very hefty kick to get back into place.
The fabric is fine, but the mechanisim is faulty but no one will admit that there is a big enough problem. Told basicly that we just have to live with it, as it.
