How to you get hold of circulation?
I finally just canceled my subscription. No great loss.
If you can figure out a way to talk to somebody, which I finally did, they really don't care what your problem is. So I canceled my subscription. I don't see how they are still in business, anyway!
I need to update my credit card information but who do I talk to to to do that? Nobody wants to talk to you. Either contact me or you know what you can do with your paper !

What happened to the cartoons? I hope you are not cutting back!!! I very much enjoy the cartoons along with knowing whats going on in Ogden.

I was Very Upset
- - Veteran's son says Utah officials wore the Poppy for show on Veterans Day, not understanding its importance or placement, and should not be elected.
As the way adult son of a long deceased somewhat disabled veteran
( extreme hearing loss ) from WW2 . while watching the news on Veterans Day Evening , it was a real shame to watch our Utah State representatives and other elected officials who wore the Poppy .
However the uninformed folks were obviously doing it for SHOW instead of understanding the importance of the Poppy AND
CORRECT PLACEMENT AND THE REASON . I am saddened that our elected officials are unaware of how that makes our Veterans and their loved ones feel .
If they do not understand the importance of the POPPY then they should not be elected to office in our state . Just My Opinion Jim Adams

Standard-Examiner Apparently Hates To Give Refunds
- - Cancelled service Jan 17, 2018; $21.56 refund promised.
- - On Jan 29, 2018 I was told cancellation failed; only $11 would be refunded with 3-week wait.
The Ogden Standard-Examiner apparently hates to give refunds when customers cancel newspaper service. I called the Ogden Standard-Examiner on January 17, 2018 to cancel my father's newspaper service. I was told that a $21.56 refund would be issued.
I called again almost two weeks later on January 29, 2018 because I had never received my refund, and was told that the service had NOT been canceled on January 17, 2018 as I requested and that I would only receive a refund of $11 and that the refund would take 3 weeks.
So here it is a month and a half later and I still haven't received any refund, in addition to the fact that the refund SHOULD be for the $21.56 amount since it's not my fault they didn't cancel the service as I previously requested.
- Poor customer service regarding cancellation and refund
- Newspaper delivery was unreliable
