These people are criminals they took my car and kept it not knowing where it was because a tow truck driver that's in some type of criminal activity with them towed it there they did work without my permission and charge in Godly amount for the tow and the work and would not release my car to me until I pay these horrific unofficial criminal charges. These people should all be in jail they're blood-sucking parasites

On July, 2018 my daughter had car accident. We leave the car there for 45 days without finished.

We had to paid more money for car rental. Then we try so hard to contact them to push them to get done with it. The day we take the car home, they let us drive it with no cooling liquid filled.

That is terrible service. They also gave us different color of head lights.

We will never go back there again.

These people are the most corrupt *** that I have ever seen

my truck was brought to stance my dc pitcher towing on sunday evening i try to have my truck moved to the body shop that was going to do the repairs but the people at stance wouldnt release my truck till i went and sign a release but it was just a way to get one more day of storage so when i get my truck to the body shop i find some one went through all my stuff in side my truck and stole my truck battery the people at stance are very rude and dishonest

I was involved in a car wreck paid $470 from a different storage where my car was towed only to take it to this place for a so called free estimate .. yet when I decided not to keep it there for repairs due to a $6,000 estimate I was not allowed to have my car back until I paid $1,700 for no repairs done to the car $1700 was for storage...

administrative... and for *** tear down... which nothing at all was done to the car.... it's not even the removal of the bumper or the vendor to see what was actually wrong ....it was actually in the same spot that my AAA guy left it .....I specifically told the *** assistant that I left it with don't touch the car in any repairs before I decide to keep it here at stance...

my car is only worth $4,000 so the $6,000 estimate sas way more than i expected ...

I I advise anyone and everyone to stay stay away from this place... stay away from stance Autoworks and take your business elsewhere he's a crook scam artist

Involved with an accident, and had these guys tow it to their shop for an estimate, witht the understanding that there would be a tow charge if they didn’t do the work. $150, not fun but reasonable.

Didn’t like the pricing, so was going to have it towed to another shop only to be told that now there are storage fees amounting to around $400. AFTER being specifically told that there would not be any literally the day before. “Oh, that guy was fired.

Too bad, is there a recording of the call? What a joke, don’t even consider doing business with these guys.

Stance Autoworks is the WORST BUSINESS I have ever dealt with. I got into a car accident in Spring, TX.

Call the police, 7 Deuces Towing ( Jason Caus) shows up claiming the police are not coming & that he was going to take my car to a reputable auto repair shop. Well the tow truck charged $800 +225 payout for a tow (haha) & took my car to STANCE. Faisal Rahman is a manipulator, *** artist, insurance fraud scam artist, honestly I do not even have enough words. He took 7 DAYS TO write an estimate and send it to my insurance agent.

He then further battled with the insurance agent, calling my insurance agent retarded. Great use of words buddy, as I work with kids with disabilities. I have documentation from my insurance agent that she called the shop with multiple attempts to come to an agreement , but FAISAL refused claiming she was incompetent at her job. I would call his auto repair shop and his indecent young EXTREMELY rude receptionists would transfer me to a line where Faisal Rahman would answer and keep me on hold.

Shout out to the infamous Josh, who promised he would call me back after I got transferred to him because the line "disconnects." Right, buddy. By this time, he has had my car for 20 days with NO NEGOTIATION OF AN ESTIMATE. Of course not, I mean why would he when he can just charge me $3000 to hold my car when he knows I have no rental and no income because I am in graduate school and am in DESPERATE need of a car. I could go on and on about this interaction with Faisal & how he makes multiple excuses on how I should not tell him how to do his job.

I don't have to tell him because he already knows he's a manipulating scam artist that should end up in jail for how many people he has taken advantage of. Please do not do business with Faisal, it will honestly be your worst nightmare.

Insurance fraud, lie, criminal, manipulate, assault...the list goes on. Do not so business with them .

complete rip off artist. They get the money from the insurance company, claim to make the repairs, but don't, and refuse to correct their mistakes. I have a complaint filed with AG's office and BBB office and am about to file a small claims case. My car was hit in the back and just needed minor work done.

They broke the only piece they needed to repair, and didn't realign the trunk. Now my car trunk and back seat fill with water when it rains and I am having to pay out of pocket to have another repair place do what they were already paid by the insurance company to do! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Faisal will lie...

and lie and lie... he is a crook. Do not trust this place if you want your car repaired. Just look at their rating on the BBB = F!

My car was towed to Stance storage on Sunday. I received the call from Joshua (I guess the owner) on Monday telling me to come to sign paper to remove my car out of the storage to avoid unnecessary charge from HC property.

I came to sign and assumed they are honest. Monday afternoon, the guy, from the shop I chose, came to get my car out of his place, called and let me know that they've charged almost 1,000 bucks!!! Headed to the shop and realize that they took parts out of my car (the front head light, hook, etc.). I called in and requested to talk to Josh.

Someone (not sure if it was him), who answered the phone, was very rude. He told me he knew the situation, that I did sign the paper to allow them to take my car apart. I then asked for a copy of what I signed.

He refused! Very disappointed for what they did to their customers!!!!
