Rude and Harassing Agent
To whom it may concern,
I emailed Stan directly in to cancel my renter insurance. I wanted to deal directly with Stan on this matter as I did not want to deal with his hired help. All emails go through Ms. Velazquez and she took it upon herself to contact me. I told her please have Stan contact me as I wanted to be sure that the policy was handled in a professional manner. She was very rude to me stating that I don't need to talk to Stan and she could cancel my policy. I stated that I was contacting Stan because I did not think she could handle the task. She became angry with me and insisted that she be the one to help me. I hung up and she called my work phone and continued to harass me. I asked her to please just have Stan call me. She called my cell several times after that and also my work. I make my living through my work phone and her constant harassing me cost me time and money. She was the one who sold me the policy so I assume she thought she had the right. I will never use nor will I ever recommend any of my colleagues to purchase any insurance through Farmers thanks to this womans unprofessional behavior. I sent two emails directly to Stan and he did respond to me. He is a fair and excellent agent. I don't think he knew that she called me so many times. If this is any indication of her work ethics I wonder what kind of people Farmers has as employees.
I was treated with less respect as a client. To have this woman constantly call and insist that she be the one to cancel my policy was degrading and very rude. I wish disciplinary action at the very least. No person or client should have to be put through I have no answer to a resolution. This is unacceptable behavior on many levels. I have never been trated to this kind of harassment.
