Stimulus 1300 Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike

I purchased a Stimulus Upright Exercise Bike in May of 2011 at the urging of my Doctor to use as a resource to manage constant pain. The exercise bike and routine my Doctor devised worked fine until Dec 1 of 2011 when the belt seperated from the wheel in the base.

I was contacted by a Customer Service representative named Pat who asked me to give the company a chance to rectify this situation which I am patiently attempting to do.

I am still waiting for a replacement of the base unit that houses the wheel and belt mechanism. Until I receive the unit I cannot exercise and when it does come I have to disassemble the old bike and reassemble the new unit.
