I have contacted them 7 times and all they have done I'd acknowledge the email. So I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
I have been told that my debit card will not be accepted on any Stagecoach services due to an alleged fraudulent transaction that occurred. Stagecoach cannot provide details of the transaction and my bank has been unable to locate it. I have spoken to customer service and they have been totally unhelpful.

- - Stagecoach blocked my card thinking it was fraudulent.
- - To fix it I need a new card, which means updating online accounts.
I have emailed stagecoach but the reply was uninformative so I replied asking for more details of the alleged fraudulent transaction the email was sent 3 weeks ago I still have had no reply. I rang the customer service line and they were equally unhelpful.
I have contacted the bus users association but they have told me the problem is outside their remit. As it stands at the moment stagecoach are still not allowing me to use my debit card on any of their services.
The card reader declined my card so I tried again with the same response and as I had no cash on me I was forced to abandon my journey. I went to my bank to check my card was OK they said it was and that there were ample funds in my account. I rang stagecoach customer service to see if there was a problem and they told me they had barred my card from using their services.
When I asked why I was told they thought that it was being used fraudulently. As it stands now my card will not work on their buses and in order to remedy the situation I need to get a new card which would mean changing my details on all my online accounts.
