Items never received...apparently sent twice...

I ordered multiple items from Stage6store as well. They say "allow up to 25 days for intl shipping". I waited about 30 days then contacted them. They said "so sorry, it looks like it's in your country but not at your address. So we don't upset you we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please wait additional 2 weeks?" So of course I waited, which was a MISTAKE because now it's passed 45 days and I can't submit a complaint to ebay or paypal AND I can't leave negative feedback on their web page because I can't even find my original transaction listed on my ebay, in order to leave feedback. I'm SO FRUSTRATED.

Seller asked me not to return item bought at auction. It was listed as women's but it turned out to be a junior's size and not as described. Seller promised to send another item from his store as a gift. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS GIFT. Seller let the 45 day period lapse so to avoid ebay protection and now he doesn't even answer my e-mails. All e-mails were kept to prove my allegations. Ebay can't help me out either because the 45 day period has lapsed! So I'M LEFT WITH THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNRELIABLE seller and nothing I can do to inform other consumers!!

Got the same problem here with stage6store! I forgot to change my adress since I'd moved.

I told them right after they sent the package (worth more than 100€). They answered very quickly they would send another package and hope the first comes back to them. Then when I asked whether they'd sent it, they said (shortly again) they'd rather wait for the first to come back. I was ok with it since it was my fault but was only ok waiting a month and a half (2-3 weeks to get to me, 2-3 weeks to go back).

Finally I said I wouldn't wait anymore so they said they were sending a new package even though they still hadn't received the first back (true?). But it's been a month now and NOW they won't answer any of my emails! They used to answer the same day I asked my question. Both ebay and Paypal periods are long passed for me to complain...

And those as* ho*es remain silent and get to keep my money...

Don't buy anything from them!! :(
