Stadri Emblems Reviews
Careful and Great Quality
Our band (The Expandable Brass Band of Northampton Mass.) has been delighted with the emblem they did for us. The execution of our design showed attention to detail with stitch lines naturally fitting the design. The patch was cleanly done without hangers or other defect. They communicated well at each step in the process. We ordered them on December 1st. Made a minor change based on their proof and received them by the 20th. This seemed very good considering it was the Christmas/New Years season.

Poor Quality Embroidered Patches from Stadri in Kingston, NY
Poor quality Embroidered Patches from Stadri in Kingston, NY. The thread on the patches was melted and the patches looked flattened from the process. The patches were thinner and look of poor quality compared to those I have received from other vendors. There is never a manager available to help resolve this. Still in the process of trying to get it worked out. Avoid this company, you will be glad you did. They say they have a 100% quality guarantee, but you will soon realize there is nothing backing that up. Stadri Emblems in Kingston, NY is to be AVOIDED.

They lie about the product being made in the USA. It's a circle of friends who are a bunch of high school drop outs left in charge. I used to work there

They ignored emails and phone calls. they were late with there order. has tekn over 2 months with a pre made design sent to them. took them a month from the time of approved despite a 7 to 10 day production time. and with a garentee multiple times to meet the dead line in request till 3 days before hand. with the offer to refund money in 30 to 60 days. trust me find someone else it is not this hard to do this job. Becuase of this compnay i will have to spend another 30 to 50 dollars shipping out these patches that ahve already been paid for by kids. and the money will come from a non for profit acount. so thank you for costing groups that are trying to help youth becuase you can not live up to your promises.

Very Poor customer service, very little contact
I didn't need them to design anything, I had a pre-designed patch. This would make it simpler and quicker right? Nope. They told me they'd get me a pre-production sample after I submitted my design as well as my credit card number. After nearly 2 weeks of expecting my design "After 2-3 business days" I called and got the run around between 3 different sales people, before realizing that they "still needed my approval on the design" The one that I designed. And they just never sent me an approval email, this set back has resulted in not having patches for the event that they were intended for.

Poor Customer Service!
They blew it! I placed an order and they never followed through with it. They claimed they emailed me proofs, BS I checked my inbox and junk folder for any type of email from them. I called multiple times only to be told that the person I was dealing with was unavailable, rather than taking messages they said try back another time. I don't have all day to chase someone down! Now it is too late to find replacement patches for the Cub Scout event. They did a terrible job with any type of communication, I would not recommend them!

Stadri Emblems Sucks
We ordered 1000 patches from Stadri. It took 6 weeks to get our oder, and we completely missed our event. As a result we wasted $800. Stadri would not refund our money. Its ridiculous that Stadri woudn't even agree to letting us get new patches that would be of use to us in the future. I will never order from Stadri again. At first the customer service was OK. However, after dealing with Stadri this time, I will never order from them again. They are by far the worse patch company ever. A lot of people always say Stadri Stadri Stadri, but I have learned they don't care about their customers. Perhaps they were good a long time ago, but not now. We will never order patches from them again.

I have nothing to say but good things about Stadri Emblems. My former Rescue School had a design for our new Rescue School patch.
We placed our order, along with rough scale design. About 3-8 weeks later, our order of 3000 patches arrived.
No problem.
