Stadium Toyota - Toyota Rav4 Review from New Port Richey, Florida

Stadium toyota are liars!! We signed on a car and came back the next day to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car and they had sold the car to someone else. They lied and told me that the car was in the back getting detailed. Then the finance manager came out and told us that they sold the car to someone else and everyone makes mistakes. The manager did not even come out to apologize and it seemed like they didn't even care. After waiting for for a couple of hours while none was helping us, we left. I will never buy a car from them. Very disappointed and upset. Bad customer service and are liars!! Go somewhere else to buy a car!!

Stadium Toyota Poor Customer Service

I now have a new car that I cannot drive because I don't a new plate for it. When my temp tag was about to expire I contacted Jason who said "one had been issued on 25 Aug, you should get it before the weekend" So Saturday 30 August comes and goes and no license plate. I again contacted Jason and asked for a temp tag here is his response "You can come in but you will probably leave without a second temp tag because the plate has been issued." So here I am with NO help from Stadium Toyota and a NEW CAR I CANNOT drive during a Holiday Weekend! Their follow-up customer service stinks, they're just about the sale, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! We recently purchased a new Corolla from Stadium Toyota, it was a great experience. Typically we don't buy new but for some reason we went to the dealership and it was not as bad as we were anticipating. Our Salesperson (Jason Lam) was fantastic, he was patient and very thorough in explaining all of the car options, purchase options and what to expect from the Toyota and the dealership after the purchase. I would recommend Stadium Toyota and Jason to anyone in purchasing a car. After the long weekend and people returned to work I spoke with Joan Applebaum who told me "I have a car I love and that will last a longtime, that they were sorry and dropped the ball"...that was it, no compensation no anything. I didn't receive the license plate until late Tuesday afternoon.
