To get a refund
I got a 7 day free trial for Stacktv on prime video and I forgot to make it so it didnt auto renew so I want a refund and dont know how

Hi, ive been a stack tv customer for along time. Recently since before Christmas 2025 ive been seeing "healthy planet" ad twice in a row during the 30 second commercial and its the only ad i ever see when im watching any show on stack tv.
Why is it the only ad seen over and over and over constantly?? I'm considering canceling my stack tv subscription because the same ad i see is driving me crazy and i believe other ads would be a better way to suit stack tv.
I see same healthy planet ad 15x in 1 show i watch. Thank you for your time!!

I am not seeing any more Days of Our Lives after October 17.
I got no response and no resolution to my problem. This is all that I want to say. StackTV needs to do better.
