Bad activation key for office 2021
My refund request for the office 2021 was rejected which is wrong since I had to buy another copy to get a licence key that worked. The first one I bought had an invalid license key, and I could not wait to get that resolved before buying a second copy. I had to be up and running the next day away from my home on my laptop.

Cannot access content
I paid for three program months ago & i cannot log in. There is no help on the website. I wanted to maybe purchase more programs, but why if i can't get to them
