Can't reach them on the phone. Currently we are playing email tag. They have been great in the past hopefully they will be now also.

Bad activation key for office 2021
- - Refund request for Office 2021 was rejected.
- - The first licence key was invalid; a second copy was bought for a working key.
My refund request for the office 2021 was rejected which is wrong since I had to buy another copy to get a licence key that worked. The first one I bought had an invalid license key, and I could not wait to get that resolved before buying a second copy. I had to be up and running the next day away from my home on my laptop.
