White stringy substance in applicator bottle . What is this ?
- White stringy material around the applicator appears fungus-like.

Asking what white stringy stuff wrapped around the applicator in my St Tropez Self Tan purity vitamins spray bottle.

St Tropez turned my skin GREEN!
- I previously loved St Tropez self-tanner.
- The latest bottle turned green and stained skin.
- Company denied the defect; I won't buy again.
I'd been using St Tropez's self tanner every summer for the last few years and loved the golden tan it gave me.
However, when I dispensed the product from the most recent bottle that I purchased, it was GREEN! I thought that maybe St Tropez had changed the tint of the product to make it easier to see where it had been applied, so I went ahead and applied it anyways. Big mistake! It turned my legs and feet GREEN!!
At this point, I realized I had defective product, so I contacted St Tropez to let them know they might have manufactured a defective lot. Instead of resolving the issue, they took no ownership for the issue. Their reply? "We extensively test our products before release, and this was not an issue." Really? Their product staining my skin GREEN was an issue for ME.
Use their products at your own risk. Personally, I'm not giving anymore business to a company that doesn't stand by its products or do right by its customers.

The same thing happened to me. Two stores that sell the St Tropez product told me it’s supposed to be this dark green colour and once washed off it will be fine.
It stained my skin green and looked horrible and my St.Tropaz cost me $84 and the store I bought it from will do nothing now because it’s been longer than the seven days you have for a refund.
I emailed St.TropeBONZER25z and they have totally ignored me. How do I get my money back.?
